11/25/2007-MERCH-CAROLINE BLUE Song On Metal Vs. Rock Vol.4 Compilation CD

-CAROLINE BLUE is one of 30 artists to appear on the new “Metal Vs. Rock CD Compilation-Vol.4”. The song os “Pain” and it appears on the “Rock” CD as Track 3.

-The goal of the CD is to showcase and feature 30 Bands (15 metal and 15 rock) on the Music For Troops website, CD’s, and CD insert. A minimum of 500 copies of the compilation will be sent to US Troops, and a minimum of 500 copies will be sold in Music For Troops eBay store with 100% of the proceeds going toward sending the “Gift of Music to our Troops”. The compilation CD’s will be distributed to United Stats Troops by GREEN BEANS COFFEE WORLD CAFE in cafes at the USA bases overseas.

–MUSIC FOR TROOPS is a 501(c)(3) charity that sends the gift of music to troops at home and those that are away from home. Music For Troops is an eBay Giving Works charity and is requesting to be featured for this event by MISSIONFISH, the exclusive charity solution provider for eBay Giving Works.

-CAROLINE BLUE’s new CD “Not For The Innocent” was reviewed by Mark Bialczak for The Post Standard / Stars Newspaper today. Below is what was written……

-(Heavy Metal) “Not For The Innocent,” Caroline Blue, Independent Recording

-Wayne W. Johnson and Monster Mike Merrifield cooked up a dozen blazing songs on “Not For the Innocent.”

-Caroline Blue likes to churn things up heavy-metal style. Johnson’s voice snarls the thick and edgy “Deny.”

-“Won’t Be Home Tonight” employs a sweeter vocal sound and echoes with big sonics.

-But the coolest song is “Far Away From Home.” It starts off as an acoustic ballad about a tired and cold girl on the side of the road. As she thinks back to a better day, the song soars tantalizingly into fast and electric places.
