5/15/2005-UPDATES-Star Studded Cast Joins CAROLINE BLUE Onstage!

-CAROLINE BLUE just performed 2 back to back shows over the weekend-Tundra Tavern in Syracuse, NY on Friday & Albie’s in Utica, NY on Saturday. At both shows, the band had a surprise for the rabid crowd. On Friday Monster Mike Merrifield-Drummer for Dogs on Mars-got onstage to play on “Slave to the Hourglass.” On Saturday Jane Evil-Vocalist for Haunted By Angels-joined the boys onstage and sang “In Metal” (Primal Fear). They both were awesome and it was a real thrill to see & hear such high caliber musicians onstage with CAROLINE BLUE. LIVE PICS 2000-2005 and FANS, FRIENDS & FREAKS Pics are now up!

5/8/2005-UPDATES-CAROLINE BLUE Plays on Earth Day!

-CAROLINE BLUE was part of a multi-band festival out at Edmeston, NY yesterday. They kicked things into high gear with a long set of music and even when all was said and done, were brought back by the crowd for an encore! The CB Fans,Friends & Freaks in Edmeston are awesome! 4/30/2005-UPDATES-CAROLINE BLUE at the Planet X Independant Music Showcase

-Just got back from seeing CAROLINE BLUE at Mac’s Bad Art Bar in Mattydale, NY and they put on a kickin set! There was a good sized crowd there and they seemed to really get into the band. It was a short set-but they really hit the crowd hard. The other bands did great too. Pics are now up at LIVE PICS 2000-2005 and FANS, FRIENDS & FREAKS.

4/23/2005-UPDATES-CAROLINE BLUE Double Header With Tom Thumb

-This weekend saw back to back shows with the band Tom Thumb at 2 locations-Gatherings By Design in Phoenix, NY & The Doghouse in Utica, NY. The band sure is traveling! They’ve done more shows now than they did in all of 2004! The band did great and brought out another new original tune called “I’ve Seen the Light Tonight.” (“Did CB become Born Again?”-Rico). 4/19/2005-UPDATES-CAROLINE BLUE Back at Gatherings

-CAROLINE BLUE made a return visit to Gatherings By Design in Phoenix, NY this past Saturday. They haven’t been there since 11/27/04. They put on a good, albeit short set while opening up for Sub-Urban. In addition, UMTV camera crews were once again at a CAROLINE BLUE Show-this time filming “The Queen of Pleasure” and “Mine, Mine, Mine” live. LIVE PICS 2000-2005 and pics of CB’s FANS, FRIENDS & FREAKS from this show are now up on the site! We have also learned that UMTV plans to premiere the new “Hard Life ” video during the last few week of May and the “Too Late” video in the 1st few weeks of June. 4/14/2005-UPDATES-CAROLINE BLUE Rocks Murphy’s & Albies

-Sorry for the delay-things have been pretty busy in the CB camp as of late. The band just played 2 back to back shows last weekend and had a rockin time. The guys want to thank all the bands & people who were involved at both shows.

-In addition, we found out that at their Albie’s show, UMTV was on hand to film 2 live videos-“Hard Life” & “Too Late.” Rumor has it that UMTV will again be in the house at their show this weekend at Gatherings By Design (Phoenix, NY) for more filming. Keep comin back here for the latest!

4/2/2005-BAD KARMA-CAROLINE BLUE Show Cancelled

-We went to catch CAROLINE BLUE opening for Liquid Fury in Montour Falls at Buisch’s Bullpen and were all ready for a rock & roll party this night! But then we get there and the bar is closed! Apparently, there was some flooding and the bar had to closed down. The guys in Liquid Fury tried to contact the band, but it was too late. Hey-at least Wayne’s car didn’t break down!

4/2/2005-POLLS-The Butt Pole is Back!!!

-Starting back in 2002, one of the site’s favorite features was the annual Butt-Poll. Here anyone could vote for the hottest butt-and as many times as they wanted to-those who were listed. In 2002, sound man Johnny Rock won with 10,000 (!) votes. In 2003, it was a tie between former bass players Ham & Roy St. James. In 2004, there was no poll because certain people thought it was stupid. But those people are no longer around so the Butt Poll is back baby! 3/26/2005-SONGS-New Songs From CAROLINE BLUE!

-We just got back from seeing CAROLINE BLUE opening for the Born Again Rebels at Cheers in Scriba, NY-what a trip. The band was in good form & did well. Then came the surprise-CAROLINE BLUE played 3 brand news songs! They were “Far Away From Home”, “Pain” and “Inside.” The crowd of CB Diehards that were there seemed very receptive to the new material. Can this mean that a new CB CD might be on the horizon?
