8/26/2003-UPDATES-CAROLINE BLUE Parts Ways With Kenny Thunder

-In a surprise announcement, we have just been informed that Kenny Thunder, drummer for CAROLINE BLUE, is no longer with the band! We asked Wayne for da skinny on this situation, but all he said to us was “Those who know Kenny know why.” and stormed out! All this within 2 weeks before the Gatherings show-talk about drama! Our sources tell us that a temp. drummer-known only by the name of “Small”- will be filling in on some of the shows. Unfortunately, the Nasbar show on 9/13 has been cancelled, but the boys are trying to get it rescheduled for next month. Keep checking the SHOWS page for the latest. Personally, all of us at CB.NET hope that the band pulls thru and re-solidifies the lineup soon boy howdy! Good luck guys!

-Hello everyone! Got some new stuff for ya here. 1st of all, if ya haven’t subscribed for our FREE handy dandy newsletters…whudupwidthat??? Just go to the CONTACT page and sign on up Boy Howdy!

-CAROLINE BLUE has a bunch of new shows listed on the SHOWS page. September looks to be a busy month for the band! Also, they have a Halloween gig where the band will be doing a set of KISS songs while wearing KISS makeup! We are so there! (“Calm down Satch…”-Bucky).

-We have a bunch of new polls located thru out the site. I’m sure you’ve seen the Song Poll on our HOME page. We also have Polls on our ARCHIVE page and various video pages (Start at the WATCH page). So check out our stuff and vote for your favorites-we wanna know what ya think!

-We also have finally updated our LETTERS Page. With the Guestbook and Forum, the page was a little sparse,but we got some new ones in! -Kenny Thunder-CAROLINE BLUE’s drummer-played a reunion gig with his old band Alecstar at The Turning Stone Casino on 5/16. He played on 2 songs-“Living in Fear” and “Standing in the Rain.” The entire concert was filmed by UMTV and will be shown on this weeks broadcast! 6/29/2003-MUSIC VIDEO-CAROLINE BLUE Shoots New Music Video-“Mine, Mine, Mine”

-Yesterday on 6/28, the camera / production crew from UMTV met up with CAROLINE BLUE at their practice place (The KISS Barn) in Fulton and shot a new video for the song “Mine, Mine, Mine.” It was a very intense session-mainly cause so many things were going wrong. Wayne-“The 1st time we tried to film this video here (about 2 weeks ago), we blew the power. Wouldn’t you know it, we did it again this time too! We ended up having to actually running extension cords to the house next door to get power-we were gonna get this video done no matter what! Me and Ham also broke the strap holders on the instruments we were using so there was a delay there. Plus all our jumping around caused the CD player to start skipping. In addition, it was pretty hot in the barn to begin with. When you start jumping around all over the place, the room became like a sauna!” Judging from the pic of Ham above, you weren’t kiddin Boy Howdy! No word as to when the video will be released.
