-Happy Late 4th of July! OK-we’re a little slow around here. Hope ya had a great time yesterday. Hopefully the only thing that got roasted was food! Is it hot out there or what??? Speaking of hot things-let’s get on w/ da update on CAROLINE BLUE.

-1st-we wish to apologize to anyone who didn’t receive their newsletter last month. Due to budget constraints (“Read-We’re Broke!”-Rico), the newsletter will now be BI-MONTHLY until further notice. That’s the only way we can keep the quality of the newsletters-unless ya want us to go back to the old text format…(“NO!!!”-Bucky).

-2nd-we have a new poll up. The last one regarding Wayne’s hair was rather…interesting (“Don’t you DARE listen to them Wayne!”-Bucky). To find out what it was, click on ARCHIVE and click on the poll archive.

-By the way-we wish to thank all the people who sent in questions and comments last month. We received quite a lot and they’ve all been posted. Check out da LETTERS (PAST LETTERS) link to find out wassup with that.

-We also added several new links in da LINKS section-many of them to several local bands including GRIND, CLIFFDIVER and the DAY GLO CRAZIES. All great bands-so do yourselves a favor and go check ’em out! Tell ’em CB.NET sent ya!

Normally we don’t do this-cause CAROLINE BLUE is our fav band, but since we’re talking about links to other bands, one link you should check out is the one for DOGS ON MARS-a local Syracuse band that will be opening up the K-ROCKATHON on 7/14. Even though we’re obsessed w/ CAROLINE BLUE (“At least when we’re paid-HINT!”-Rico), we do support other local bands and da local scene (“That’s why we have 3 pages of links!”-Bucky). So go to their site, go to the concert and show your support-it’s not often a Syracuse band is opening up for the likes of P.O.D., PUDDLE OF MUDD, SEVENDUST and FILTER.
