-A number of people have been asking what happened to the CAROLINE BLUE S/T CD and why they can’t seem to find it anywhere. We got the skinny from Wayne on this important matter….
-“For those of you who might not know, there are songs on the CAROLINE BLUE S/T CD that were written by outside writers. These include people who have been in the band before and / or people who I used to be in bands with in the past. Thru verbal agreements, I was under the impression & belief that I had full authority to record & distribute the CD and the videos containing material written by all the writers involved. However, there is now doubt with one of the contributing writers as to what that agreement is / was.”
-“In the interest of doing the right thing, all materials associated with the S/T CD have been removed from the sites until there is clarification on our agreement. In layman’s terms, until this is settled, we cannot sell or display the CD. Hence why it is not available for sale online, at our shows or for purchase at stores. It has also been removed from our main & secondary sites. ”
-“We are working hard to get all this resolved to the satisfaction of all parties involved ASAP. We at CB wish to thank everyone for all your support at this time. We appreciate it very much and assure you that this will all be resolved soon. Keep the faith & keep rockin!”
