-Hello everyone! Here’s what’s new with CAROLINE BLUE. Tonight CAROLINE BLUE’s very 1st promo for UMTV will be airing between 11-11:30 PM on Ch.98 in Syracuse. For other stations in Upstate NY, go to the UMTV banner on LINKS and check them out!
-For those of you who might have missed it-don’t fret! It will be on UMTV at various times. But if you can’t wait that long, we have it right here on this very site boy howdy! Just click on PROMO VIDEOS and it will take you right there! In addition to the promo, there’s a bunch of other stuff too-such as behind the scene pics (VIDEO SHOOTS) and an interview with Wayne.(OTHER) And after you see the promo, go to our Poll (PAST POLL RESULTS) and let us know what you think of it. -Hoody Hoo!! Satchel here-givin ya the latest scoop on what’s happenin with CAROLINE BLUE. 1st of all, if you didn’t already notice, we redesigned our LINKS pages. We got rid of all the descriptive text and just left the banners in. We also put them in categories so you can get to what you want faster!
-We also added some new photos in our STUDIO section. Wayne tells us things are moving along at a decent pace and the CD should be done soon.
-We also found out that Wayne has gone over to the people at UMTV and filmed a 50 sec. promo for them. It includes pictures and live clips-all featured in time with the main riff to the song “Mine, Mine, Mine.” We got a look at it and we must say that it looks very cool! Apparent so did someone else-we’ve already received an email about it-check it out in the LETTERS section. Wayne told us that it will be airing on UMTV starting on Monday October 7th. Go to the LINKS section and click on the UMTV link to see times and stations. In addition, once it airs on UMTV, there are also plans on bringing the promo clip to this very site for all the people who don’t get UMTV (as of yet!!) to see! Plus our ranging camera people were at hand to take shots while the promo was being done and we plan on having a separate page filled with photos and even an interview with Wayne himself-what more can you ask?? (“I can ask for quite a lot actually…like…”-Rico…..”You be quiet!!”-Bucky). We’ll let ya know as soon as it’s up on the site.
-And if that wasn’t enough, our trusty reporters tell us that the band might be doing some more work with UMTV in the near future. Plus, there’s a rumor of some possible shows coming up. Boy Howdy! Keep your fingers crossed! I’m outta here people. Ciao.

-Hello! Here’s what’s new with the band and the website. 1st of all, we FINALLY got all the pics from 6/15 up on the site. Check out FAN PICS to see them.
-2nd, congrats to Wayne for winning last months Ego Poll by a landslide! Course, “ego” could mean something else, but only the few (“Few…HAH!”-Rico) and not so proud know the answer to that one! (“You be nice!”-Bucky). Click on PAST POLL RESULTS to see what a commanding lead Wayne had. This means, of course, that the new poll is up and running. We think you’ll like it-check it out!!
-Wayne told us he’s going into the studio this week to do more work in the studio. He assures us we should be seeing the results soon. There are also rumors that Wayne has been talking with the guys at UMTV-maybe we’ll see a video or 2 from CAROLINE BLUE!! Zippy!!
-We also have Hozay at work right now trying to get a forum in here. We also might be redesigning the site a little bit so if any of you have problems accessing the site, we apologize.

In it are a few photos that aren’t on the site and even some news that’s not printed here-just cause our fan base deserves somethin’ special! What? -Happy Late 4th of July! OK-we’re a little slow around here. Hope ya had a great time yesterday. Hopefully the only thing that got roasted was food! Is it hot out there or what??? Speaking of hot things-let’s get on w/ da update on CAROLINE BLUE.
-1st-we wish to apologize to anyone who didn’t receive their newsletter last month. Due to budget constraints (“Read-We’re Broke!”-Rico), the newsletter will now be BI-MONTHLY until further notice. That’s the only way we can keep the quality of the newsletters-unless ya want us to go back to the old text format…(“NO!!!”-Bucky).
-2nd-we have a new poll up. The last one regarding Wayne’s hair was rather…interesting (“Don’t you DARE listen to them Wayne!”-Bucky). To find out what it was, click on ARCHIVE and click on the poll archive.
-By the way-we wish to thank all the people who sent in questions and comments last month. We received quite a lot and they’ve all been posted. Check out da LETTERS (PAST LETTERS) link to find out wassup with that.
-We also added several new links in da LINKS section-many of them to several local bands including GRIND, CLIFFDIVER and the DAY GLO CRAZIES. All great bands-so do yourselves a favor and go check ’em out! Tell ’em CB.NET sent ya!

Normally we don’t do this-cause CAROLINE BLUE is our fav band, but since we’re talking about links to other bands, one link you should check out is the one for DOGS ON MARS-a local Syracuse band that will be opening up the K-ROCKATHON on 7/14. Even though we’re obsessed w/ CAROLINE BLUE (“At least when we’re paid-HINT!”-Rico), we do support other local bands and da local scene (“That’s why we have 3 pages of links!”-Bucky). So go to their site, go to the concert and show your support-it’s not often a Syracuse band is opening up for the likes of P.O.D., PUDDLE OF MUDD, SEVENDUST and FILTER. They were taken by Cathy Doten (Thanxs Cathy!) and are up on the FANS PICS. Keep checking for more photos coming in. We also have a new addition to the ARCHIVE. It’s called PAST FACTS N STATS-for all those former CAROLINE BLUE members! So far, we only have Da Scooner’s up there, but more will be coming!

-Happy Father’s Day! Here’s the latest updates w/ CAROLINE BLUE. 1st, all the photos have FINALLY been uploaded onto the site. If you’ve been checking out the site since da last update, you’ve seen new photos appear almost daily. Well, the last batch has just been uploaded-which were live shots from 6/1. -2nd, we recently transcribed and uploaded a new chat-interview: this one featuring Da Scooner! This is our longest one yet (3 pages!) and is quite informative. Click on VIEWS (CB.NET) to check it out!
-3rd-we just found out today that CAROLINE BLUE played a last minute gig last night at The Red Door North in Pennellville. Because it was such short notice, we unfortunately weren’t able to post the show here or send out any emails (According to Wayne before he went on stage,”…I just found out we’d be playing here a couple of hours ago. We normally don’t do this, but we’re helping out a friend….”). We did manage to get some photos of the show so stay tuned for those coming at da site!
